$15/session or $80 if paid up-front for the 8 week group (discount of $40)
This group will provide support for postpartum mothers and their babies. Each week will cover an important topic related to postpartum maternal mental health, provide therapeutic space for mothers to process their postpartum emotions in community, and facilitate bonding with baby through guided mother-baby experiences. Space will be limited to 5 mothers and their babies -under 1 year (activities planned for babies not yet walking).
Sibling Superpowers: Combat Sibling Rivalry

Tuesdays, 4 to 5 pm
October 1st through November 19th (ends right before the busy holidays)
$20/session or $120 if paid up-front for the 8 week group (discount of $40)
This group will address common dynamics that fuel sibling rivalry, such as perceived unfairness, birth-order and role expectations, temperament and developmental mismatch, and comparison and competition. Siblings will be guided in understanding the feelings that fuel their rivalry, practice empathy and perspective-taking with each other, explore and respect their differences and commonalities, and participate in cooperative tasks that build their positive connection. Space is limited to 4 sibling dyads of elementary school age. Group benefits include a free half-hour initial parent consultation regarding your children's dynamics.
