Unfiltered: Confidence and Safety Online for High Schoolers

This group will provide a space for high school aged teens to explore their relationship with social media, and the impact of social media on their identity, mental health and important relationships. Parents will be invited to specific sessions to participate in the conversation. Online safety precautions and online practices that promote optimal mental health will be addressed.
Inner Circle: Identifying and Caring for Inner Parts

Group members will learn about Self-leadership, a concept from Internal Family Systems theory. They will be guided to identify their internal parts, understand how their internal parts interact in relationship with others, and connect with Self to be curious, find clarity and compassion for their own internal parts and the parts of others.
